Maintaining area of Villa Richter and St. Wenceslas' Vineyard from summer 2008 till now. Maintain includes complete lawn-care (free lawns and wineyard lawn), care for perennials, professionl pruning and forming newly planted trees and shrubs, hedgerow forming, extensive roof vegetation care, optimalization of irrigation system, training and forming climbing plants, establishing, stocking and care for wery special herb patch used for purposes of local cooks and many other common works except of care for grapewine shrubs, wich deserves specialised wine-grower care.
